The January school supply pickup is Wednesday, Jan 6th. Note the  specific times in your child's Seesaw. As always, your Richard Gordon teachers and staff are excited to see your smiling eyes :). Feel free to draw a picture or write a note to give to your teacher and "fill their soul bucket" with thanks from you all. 

 How wonderful it was to see you all at the school supply pickup on December the 2nd. A special shout out to all of the students and families that brought little cards and gestures of support for our teachers and staff. We sure can't get through this without them- and they without you! #teamRichardGordonElementary 

On that note- our PTA has been working behind the scenes to ensure that our Richard Gordon teachers and staff continue to feel the support. For those staff working at the school, we have dropped off beverages and snacks (single servings, socially distant style). 

As we go into the holidays, we have  enjoyed "wrapping the doors and hallways"  with colorful paper. If there isn't the noise of the students' chatter and bustle of footsteps, there should be something happening besides those white walls... (!). 

We have also enjoyed being able to gift each RG staff member a little holiday cheer package, as well as a Richard Gordon t-shirt to commemorate the 2020-2021 school year-   "Every student matters. Every moment counts." Our teachers and staff are literally wearing hugs from our school community ;). To our teachers and staff at Richard Gordon- we cannot thank you enough for all that you do for our children, your students.
