The holidays and the winding down of 2020 brings much reflection for me... What a year! With the good and bad (and even ugly) of a difficult year, I endeavor to fous on the good, with gratitude.

As a parent of a 4th grader at Richard Gordon- and as a PTA member-  I am so incredibly grateful for our community at the school. Our board- Melia, Megan, and Michelle- you are a gift to Richard Gordon Elementary School.  I am so thankful to be with you- in work and friendship.  To our PTA volunteers big and small- you rock! Everytime you show up to help, we are better for it. Our teachers and staff- what an amazing team. You have all shown such commitment to our kiddos- beyond what we could have asked for or dreamed of.  Thank you! (Queen) Principal Franzen- what can be said? Thank you for your incredible leadership.

What will 2021 bring? Oh gosh- who knows exactly... But we are in it together, and we will continue to do everything we can to help one another... albeit, with our masks on and six feet apart ;). To everyone #teamRichardGordonElementary-  wishing you the best during the holidays- Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, and all the best of health and joy in the New Year. May it be good to you all.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Jodie
